If you see the message "Unavailable" while you are making a booking in New Zealand, this may mean that your session has either timed out, or the rate may no longer be available as other customers were booking at the same time. In some cases, if the flight details are not correct the booking cannot be completed without it.
If you search again, check your flight details and try clicking 'Book' again, this should fix the problem. If you are having problems, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team.
