Yes, you are able to cancel your booking free of charge if it is prior to 48 hours from pick up. Please let us know if you need your reservation cancelled and we would be happy to assist you with that. You can cancel your reservation directly from your confirmation email, or email our Customer Care Team at email@example.com.
