All of our suppliers accept Credit Cards from major companies such as Visa and Mastercard. You will need to present a credit card in the name of the driver in order to hire a car in the UK.
Alamo
Most major credit cards are accepted, however Visa Electron, Diners Club and all unembossed credit cards will not be an acceptable form of payment. The credit card must be in the name of the renter.
Avis
The credit card provided will need to be in the name of the main driver. Avis does not accept Electron or debit cards.
Budget
A credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented at pick-up. Budget accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club and American Express.
Enterprise
All major credit cards are accepted at Enterprise depots in the UK. This excludes prepaid cards, Visa Electron, Solo, Diners Club and all unembossed cards.
Europcar
Europcar accepts Mastercard, Visa, Diners and American Express credit cards.
GreenMotion
GreenMotion accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. American Express and Diners are generally not accepted. The card will need to be in the name of the main driver.
Hertz
A credit card from a major company will be required, in the name of the lead driver. Hertz does not accept Electron or Debit Cards.
Sixt
Sixt accepts American Express, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Visa, JCB and Discovery Cards. The credit card must be in the name of the main driver.
Thrifty
Renters will be required to present a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. The card must be in the name of the main driver.
